There was a mid-autumn's celebration in camp. We had barbeque dinner at the balcony. Then it was operation smear-your-face-with-camo-cream after dinner. Such madness!! It was fun!! X)

Ks and I had our ORD treat on thursday. We had a teppanyaki dinner with the armskote guys, magazine duo, eugene, jun yong and max.

I went to the market to get some of the foodstuff in the morning. It took me the whole day to prepare the food. o.0 Caleb and Ks met in the afternoon to get the remaining stuffs at the supermarket. They met at my place before booking into camp together in the evening.

Ks and I have more or less handed over our work to the juniors. They are more or less in control now. I hope that their remaining time in the unit will be a smooth sailing one. I hope that I will not have to be called up after I ORD to be asked about issues regarding the armoury. I will *pengz* I tell you!

Some of us went to the airport to send Nic off. He left Singapore to study in UK. We met for dinner at Popeye's at 6p.m. Later did I found out that his flight was at 11p.m.! I did grumble a little about having to meet so early but I'm actually glad that we did. While Nic waited to be checked in, we talked about the various things that happened when all of us were still in camp.

My first encounter with Nic was during my OJT. He got us trainees resting at the guardhouse to help him sort out stacks of documents, and then filing them. That was sometime in Jun last year. At the start of this year, the armskotemen were evicted from the now-CO's bunk and we shifted into the "HQ bunk". There Nic became our room mate. To me, his favourite pasttime in camp seemed to be doing his laundry. The red pails and comscord were decorations to his bed. You can tell which bed is his by looking at it's surroundings. =)

To Nic: All the best for your studies!!
